Shipping policy

Overview

Thank you for shopping at Ming Sing Flowers. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic Delivery Policy 

Order and Delivery Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 working days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a change in the day of delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone in advance.

Delivery Rates and Time 

Deliveries of orders below $200.00 are charged at $15.00. Enjoy free delivery for orders that are $200.00 and above. 

All deliveries are made on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Delivery details will be sent to you within 48 hours since your order has been confirmed. We retain the rights to inform you of changes in delivery dates due to any unforeseen circumstances of if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. In the event that this is the case, we will inform you at least a day in advance of possible changes. 

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of Singapore.
