Cancellation of Orders
You may apply for a refund if you wish to cancel your order within the first 24-hours after the order has been placed. Following this, you will not be able to receive a refund for customer-initiated cancelled orders.
Damage to Products
In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is damaged upon delivery, we will not be able to provide you with a refund. However, we will assist you in either exchanging the products for a different set that is of the same value or replacing the damaged product for a new one. Please contact us at email@example.com or 6294 6389 as soon as possible so that we may assist you immediately.
Out of Stock Items After Payment
Should the items you ordered be out of stock after payment, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will be able to exchange the items for a different set of products that are of the same value as the item that is out of stock. In the event that you not be able to find a suitable product, we may provide you with a full refund for the item.
