Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: Yes, we have 2 stores located at 98 Arab Street and Kinex Mall #03-20/24.
Q: Do you sell fresh flowers or plants?
A: No we do not. We only provide faux plants and flowers.
Q: Are your products suitable for outdoors?
A: It is not recommended to place the products outdoors where it can be exposed to rain, strong wind and shine for prolonged periods of time.
Q: What seasonal decorations do you have?
A: We have an extensive range of Christmas (Mid October-Christmas) and Lunar New Year decorations (Late December-CNY) available.
Q: Do you provide rental services for your products?
A: Unfortunately, we do not provide this service at the moment.
Q: What are the delivery rates?
A: Deliveries of orders below $200.00 are charged at $15.00. Enjoy free delivery for orders that are $200.00 and above.
Q: What are the delivery timings like?
A: All deliveries are made on Saturdays between 10am to 6pm.
Q: Am I able to decide when I would like my items to be delivered?
A: Orders placed between Monday to Wednesday will most likely be delivered by Saturday in the same week. Orders placed from Thursday through Sunday will be delivered by the following Saturday. You may inform us of your preferred Saturday for deliver through our 'Notes' section in your cart if you wish for your delivery to be at a later date. We retain the rights to inform you of changes in delivery dates should it be less than 3 business days away from the time the order has been confirmed or if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. If this is the case, we will inform you at least a day in advance of possible changes.
Q: Is there a self-collection option?
A: Yes there is. The location for self-collection is at Ming Sing Flowers (Kinex Mall, #03-20/24).
Q: Can I cancel my order after payment?
A: Yes you may. However, please note that you will only be able to receive a refund if the order has been cancelled within the first 24 hours after the order has been placed. Following this, you will not be able to receive a refund for cancelled orders.
Q: Am I able to refund my items after receiving it?
A: No, we do not provide refunds for items after delivery. However, we do provide an exchange policy should you wish to select a more suitable item after receiving the products (Please refer to our Refund/Exchange section for more information)
Q: What should I do if the items I received are damaged upon delivery?
A: Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 6294 6389 as soon as possible so that we may assist you. Items that have been damaged upon delivery are eligible for exchange.
